What Is Included in a 9-Piece Bedding and Curtain Set?

Nine pieces does not necessarily mean nine bedding pieces. In the Reylox Teal & White Floral 9-Piece Bedspread & Light-Filtering Curtain Set, the count includes pieces for both the bed and the windows. Here is how to read the set before choosing a size.

1. Count the pieces, not the objects in the room photo

This specific set contains one quilted bedspread, two pillow shams, two printed curtain panels and four solid curtain panels: 1 + 2 + 2 + 4 = 9 pieces. Pillow inserts are not included. Use the product’s included-pieces list rather than assuming that furniture, decorative cushions or curtain hardware shown in a styled room are part of the purchase.

These contents describe the Teal & White Floral set, not every nine-piece set or every Reylox product. Always check the selected listing.

2. Choose the bedspread by its finished dimensions

For the Teal & White Floral set, the Twin bedspread measures 66 × 86 in, Queen measures 86 × 86 in, King measures 91 × 100 in, and California King measures 92 × 106 in. Size options vary by print; check the selected product page for currently available sizes. The two pillow shams measure 20 × 30 in each. Measure your mattress and decide how much coverage you want at the sides and foot before comparing the finished sizes. A size name alone does not determine the drop on your bed.

Use our bed size guide and coverage example to plan the fit.

3. Plan the curtains separately for each window

Each curtain panel in this set measures 38 × 84 in. The two printed panels and four solid panels are counted individually. Decide which panels you will use together, then compare their combined flat width with the rod or track width and the fullness you prefer. Six panels do not automatically mean that the set fits three windows; window width, hanging arrangement and your preferred fullness matter.

Our curtain measuring guide explains how to plan width, length and fullness before ordering.

4. Check the light-filtering limit

The curtains in this set are light filtering, not full blackout. Do not choose them on the assumption that they will completely darken a room. Privacy is reduced when interior lights are on at night; consider your window position, lighting and privacy needs before ordering.

5. Keep the look simple

Let the teal-and-white floral print connect the bed with the window, then keep supporting décor quiet. You can start with only the pieces supplied rather than trying to reproduce every accessory in a styled image. For more color-pairing ideas, read our guide to matching floral bedding and curtains.

Your before-ordering checklist

  • Plan the curtain panels for your own windows, and check the heading and rod requirements on the product page.
  • Remember that pillow inserts and unlisted styling accessories are not included.
  • Review delivery options and charges for your address at checkout; this guide does not promise an arrival date.
